At RB we have a team of powerful consultants and specialists in the areas of information technology and the financial market.   RB‘s employees are among the best in the field. RB Services and Consulting consists of, inter alia, our Call Centre, Client Account Management, and Consulting.

RB’s consultants work closely with customers to identify their needs, bringing to the table their unique mixture of knowledge on information technology and activities of financial companies in the Icelandic market. In cases when further expertise is required, RB relies on a strong backbone of vendors to bring in any capabilities needed.

  4. All of RB‘s clients are allocated an account manager who is responsible for client care and has a complete overview over all of the client’s projects and services.

  6. The RB Service Centre provides a comprehensive service portal for RB´s clients for all service requests relating to RB solutions and services. The Service Centre provides first level support with all enquiries from RB‘s clients answered and processed in an efficient manner. The staff at our Service Centres place great emphasis on service excellence, quick responses, and security.
